EFFECTIVE 5/1/24:

Rush Requests: If a participant requires their transcript processed and delivered before the two-week turnaround period has concluded, they may submit a rush transcript request. A rush request incurs a fee of $25 per course being rushed.

For example, if you are requesting transcripts for four courses, two of which have concluded within the last 14 days, the rush fee will be $50, ($25 for each of the two courses that have not been concluded for at least 14 days).

• Transcripts requested for courses that have concluded more than 14 days ago continue to be free of charge. Visit safeschoolsacademy.org/transcripts for transcripts from courses that have concluded 14 days ago or more.

• Rush Requests incur a fee of $25 per course being rushed, applicable to courses concluded within the last 14 days.

• Turnaround Time: Regardless of rush status, available transcripts will be processed and delivered within 2 business days of the request being submitted.

• Payment for rush requests must be made at the time of submission. The Rush Request fee will not be refunded if a course is incomplete, below a passing grade, or mistakenly requested when the form is submitted. Please review your Rush Request form submission and renewal/lane change timelines carefully.
